Not received the Setup User Password email during Enterprise Provisioning. Cant log-in. Need to set a password.

Raised a support ticket and not even an acknowledged so far. Does anyone have a quick way to force the email through or a way to reset the password on the admin account they sent through with the welcome email. Thank you.

The only problem is I don't know the admin email and I even tried the Owner email.
