what i'm working on

sanctuary — an AI-powered journaling app I'm building independently alongside my day job. Flutter on mobile, Next.js for web, Supabase for backend, Claude API for the AI companion. Currently in closed beta.

property-ai @ IQI Global — a cross-platform AI microservice I own end-to-end, serving 7M+ property listings across 111 countries. Includes a RAG chatbot built with hand-rolled vector similarity in PHP (no managed AI infra), a self-hosted geospatial routing engine on AWS, and multi-domain API integrations.
