Summary

Add CodexLoginManager to the AI Tools section in the English, Chinese,
Japanese, and Korean READMEs.

CodexLoginManager is an open-source Codex CLI login utility that checks whether
Codex is using ChatGPT OAuth or API-key authentication, locates the active CLI,
and launches the official ChatGPT OAuth flow.

Why it belongs

• It is a focused companion utility for Codex CLI.
• The section already includes related Codex tools such as CodexBar.
• It is open source under MIT and provides a downloadable macOS beta release.
• All four localized listings use the repository's existing OSS and Freeware format.
