Adds Segue — a free, open-source (MIT) broadcast audio playout app for macOS, aimed at live radio, podcast, and event production. Playlists with crossfade, trim, ramp timers, pause beds, loudness normalisation, and play logging.
Entry added to all four READMEs (en/zh/ja/ko) in alphabetical order within Audio Record and Process, following the existing icon and description style.
