Adds DubCheck to the Audio Record and Process section, in alphabetical order and synced across README.md, README-zh.md, README-ja.md and README-ko.md.
DubCheck is a macOS audio QC app that verifies audiobooks, podcasts and final mixes against delivery specs like ACX, Netflix, EBU R128, ATSC A/85 and the podcast platform loudness targets. The BS.1770 measurement engine is EBU 3341/3342 certified. Commercial app with a free 7-day trial, so no Freeware/OSS icons were added.
Disclosure: I am the developer of DubCheck.
