This PR adds SoundPipe to the Audio and Video Tools section.
SoundPipe is a macOS app that creates virtual audio devices to route audio between apps (app audio into calls, mic through a recorder, system sound into a DAW), with per-channel volume and live meters. Commercial ($10 one-time), with a free trial.
