Cursor moves back up when hitting ➡️ or ⬇️ after creating a divider

What’s broken?

When you add a divider the focus is put on the divider.
If you hit ➡️ or ⬇️ your cursor moves up

What did you expect to happen?

It should move into a new block below.ck
I noticed also that hit ➡️ or ⬇️ doesn't create a new block. ⬇️ even has a glitchy behaviour.
