GitHub Android - Notifications show @username requested your review on... yet they didn't

I've experience this issue for as long as I can remember... sharing with hopes it may be a simple bug-fix

On GitHub Android, I frequently will receive a notification for PRs which says "@username requested your review on...". Yet when I click on the notification and view the actual PR, I'm am in fact not listed as a reviewer or being requested to review.

Attached is an example illustrating this quirk 🥴

The review isn't coming from https://github.com/renovatebot/renovate/blob/main/.github/CODEOWNERS, and it appears to be manual, so it's probably some form of team assignment.
