I'm getting rejected everytime despite having proofs of verified studentship

Hello,
I am currently trying to apply for the GitHub Education (Student Developer Pack), but my application keeps getting rejected despite providing valid and accurate information.
I have submitted an official document that clearly shows my full name, my institution, and my current location. I have carefully reviewed all details multiple times to ensure everything matches exactly with the information required, including the name displayed in the verification email. Tried clicking pics with my phone also.
Despite this, my application continues to be denied. What confuses me further is that a friend of mine, who is in a very similar situation (same institution and comparable documentation), was successfully approved without issues. I dont have any physical copy, everything is present in my university portal. I tried very way submitting still getting rejected
I would appreciate help.
