Re-verification as educator keeps getting denied

Hi everyone,

I'm a full professor (lifetime tenure, and with the system in Germany that really means lifetime), and the re-verification ets rejected.

Last year I was approved based on a salary slip uploaded as pdf. This time that is not accepted (I tried converting the pdf to png - but "Please use your device camera to submit academic affiliation documents" - but that would get completely unreadable on a printout of a document with rather small print with the poor webcam on my university laptop).

Using my employee ID is also rejected:
"Your document does not appear to indicate you as a faculty member. If you meant to apply as a student, please cancel your application and reapply here.
Please ensure that your academic affiliation document contains your last name exactly as it appears in your GitHub billing information. If you have only a single legal name, enter it in both the first and last name fields of your GitHub billing information."

Well, the ID literally reads
Prof. Dr.
First Name
Last Name

... so it's really not clear what is missing here (and the name matches as well).

BTW: I'm in the university network, so the location should be fine as well. My email is a faculty email as well (firstname.lastname@university), this is not issued to students. And the link in my profile goes directly to the official faculty page of the university (if anybody checked they can see that I'm still there as a professor ...).

Any ideas what I could do in this case (apart from posting here and hoping for someone from the github team to notice)?

I tried once more with the ID and it got approved this time. Not sure what was different though, anyway: I should gain access again in the near future.
