stuck with pending status for more than 2 months

Hi everyone,

Hello GitHub Education Team,
My GitHub username is @Cybruss.
I submitted my Student Developer Pack application on May 17, 2026.
I later received an email stating that my academic affiliation could not be verified and that I should submit my information again.
However, my GitHub Education dashboard still shows my application as Pending, so I cannot submit a new student application.
Additionally, the reapplication link in the email redirects me to the faculty verification flow instead of the student application.
I believe my previous submission may have failed because I uploaded an old student ID with faded printing. I now have (or can provide) updated proof of enrollment.
Could you please reset or remove the pending application so I can submit a new student verification?
