i think the best thing to do would be to contact GitHub Education support directly through the EDU Community or GitHub Support and ask for a manual review
Include the rejection screenshot, the type of document you submitted, and confirm that it shows your full name, institution, and current enrollment. They may be able to explain which specific requirement could not be verified.
