Hi everyone,

Hello everyone,

I am writing to request assistance with my GitHub Student Developer Pack application, which is being repeatedly rejected by the automated bot within 2 minutes of submission.

Here is my situation:

• Institution: INACAP (Instituto Profesional INACAP), Sede Arica, Chile.
• My Location: I am physically located in Arica, Chile, and attend classes at the local Arica campus.
• Timing: It is currently Sunday at 4:40 AM local time. The local INACAP campus is closed, making it physically impossible for me to be located inside the school facilities right now.
• The Issue: The automated verification system maps "INACAP" solely to its central headquarters in Santiago (located over 2,000 km south of Arica). Combined with the school being closed on a Sunday, the bot immediately rejects my application with the error: "You appear not to be near any campus location for the school you have selected."
• Evidence Provided: I have submitted my official, digitally signed Certificate of Student Status (Certificado de Alumno Regular) issued by INACAP. The certificate even contains a specific clause generated by my institution stating: "Se extiende el presente Certificado a solicitud del interesado para ser presentado en GITHUB" (This certificate is issued to be presented to GITHUB).
• Profile Matching: My GitHub account is secured with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), and my billing details match my full legal name (César Alejandro Cumsille Sepúlveda) exactly as it appears on my student certificate.

Since the bot rejects my application instantly, I am unable to get a manual review of my official documentation.

Could a moderator or staff member please review my application manually? I would appreciate any guidance on how to bypass this automated geo-location block.
