See, it's definetly a UI bug where the upgrade overlay is overlapping the screen elements. Have you tried just swiping down on the top part of that screen? Sometimes on mobile modals, a downward swipe will dismiss the view even if the close button is blocked or invisible. If that doesn't work, you're pretty much forced to force-quit the app to escape that screen. It's really dumb that the platform forces template requirements on mobile users when the app literally dosn't even give you an option to select them, so maybe try to post this again from a desktop browser so you can pick a proper category; that way it won't get auto-closed instantly and a real person might actually see it. |
