Hi, I'm a new Github user, but the nonprofit I work for has it's own Git server, so I've used it for a few years.
I have a default avatar. I'd like to change it. I'm getting an error. So, I searched for any Github docs that address problems with setting an Avatar, but could not find anything.
When I perform the only steps documented (1 go to profile, 2 click Edit, 3 select a tiny JPG (tried with several different files) and 4 Upload it, I get a cryptic error message:
"Something went really wrong and we can’t process that picture."
I tried to upload different formats of the same image (which I made myself) and slightly different sizes (none larger than 100 Kb). I'm not blocking any Javascripts (except anything from Google), and I've set LittleSnitch to allow my laptop to connect to all of the various servers Github uses. I'm using a current version of Firefox (151.0.2).
The error msg doesn't give me a clue about what to try.
Any clues from you hexperts out there?
