Is there any way to turn off ALL AI products here ?

Git hub is becoming a nightmare just to access. I end up having to do 2-part authentication at least twice every time I log in from my PC. I don't want to have to have my phone just to use this site.
Also this last time I complied with the please change your password before June request, I got a ton of emails about being enrolled in every copilot program known to man. I hate AI and copilot and will never use it.
I tried to opt-out and followed a link to do so. Almost every list of copilot products is enabled and can't be turned off or disabled.
Really Github? This is not what most users want or need. All this is intrusive and I don't want Github using copilot to train ANY system based on what I get or enter. Why are you mandating it's use and not providing actual opt-out options Github?
Please stop this useless AI nonsense and overreaching security procedures that is ruining the use of your site.
Oh and immediately after entering this complaint, Github says the message is not "proper" and took it down.
