Currently in the PR file review UI there are options to uncheck some file extensions or deleted/updated/created file.

Would really help to have couple more options here:

1. Update to filter single file type in one click.

• Currently when working on full stack apps there often changes made to both back-end and front-end and in the PR may be multiple file types like: .js, .rb, .yaml, etc
• Currently if you want to focus review only on front-end change need to go and uncheck all other except .js to achieve that
• having additional option/button at the end to leave only certain file type would really help in such cases.

2. Update to have more options to filter out test files

• Even small changes on the back-end may require updating a lot of tests on the both front-end and the back-end.
• Currently there are only top level file types to uncheck like .js or .rb
• Usually first part of code review is focused on the code changes not tests.
• Having ability to filter out .test.js, _spec.rb and similar for other languages (those a most languages have standardised) would really help to uncheck tests and focus on code itself
